When Are Your Gifts and Gift Baskets Made?

Perfect Selection Creative Gifts operates as an online gift service from a design studio, rather than a retail storefront. Every gift and gift basket is handcrafted to order. We can arrange delivery to your home or business, or schedule a pick-up time at your convenience.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

We pride ourselves on prompt order fulfillment. For orders placed Monday through Friday, your gift will typically be shipped or delivered within 3 - 5 business days, excluding peak holiday periods. Please note, during holidays, additional processing and delivery time may be necessary.

If you have specific date preferences, contact us directly. Same-day delivery is not available, and delivery is dependent on zip code, holidays, and the recipient’s location. Be sure to provide accurate phone numbers, email addresses, and complete recipient information. Returned gifts due to incorrect details will incur a restocking fee.

For custom or large orders (10+ baskets), please allow 5-10 business days for delivery unless being shipped it will be up to delivery service. Feel free to contact us to discuss your custom orders.

Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver to the following areas, with fees calculated based on zip code and distance:

Do I Have to Use Your Delivery Service?

No, you can either pick up your gift by appointment or have it shipped anywhere in the USA. In some cases, shipping may be more affordable than delivery—contact us for the best rates.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Our primary shipping provider is UPS, but we also use FedEx and USPS. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and shipment priority.

Do You Ship Chocolate?

Due to weather conditions, chocolate may not be available from May through September. In such cases, we will replace chocolate with other gourmet items such as cookies or candies.

Do You Ship or Deliver to Hospitals and Hotels?

When sending gifts to hospitals, nursing homes, or hotels, please confirm the recipient’s details. If the recipient is no longer present, the purchaser will be responsible for the delivery charge.

Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

For multiple shipping destinations, please contact us by phone or email. This ensures your gifts reach the correct addresses safely.

What Are Your Business Hours?

  • Monday to Friday: 9 am - 5 pm ET
  • Saturday: 9 am - 1 pm ET
  • Closed Sundays and Holidays

Orders placed around major holidays may require additional processing time. We are closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

How Are Gifts Packaged?

All gifts are wrapped in cellophane and finished with a personalized note card and a beautiful, handmade bow in the color of your choice.

Can I Add a Personalized Note?

Absolutely! During checkout, simply add your message under the “notes” section.

Can I Include Personal Items in My Gift?

We love personal touches! We can shop for items you request (20% service fee applies) or you can send or drop off personal items for inclusion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any damage to these items.

Do You Offer Corporate Gifting Services?

Yes! We provide a range of corporate gifting solutions, including client appreciation gifts and event planning. We can also incorporate your branding elements into our designs, including custom packaging with your logo colors, hang tags, and imprinted ribbons.

What Is the Minimum for Local Delivery?

We require a minimum purchase of $50 for local deliveries.

How Are Fees Calculated for Local and Nationwide Deliveries?

Local delivery and nationwide shipping fees are based on the delivery address zip code at checkout.

What Happens if My Gift is Damaged During Delivery?

If your gift is damaged during shipping, we will replace it with an identical item if you contact us within 2 business days and provide photos of the damage. Please keep the shipping container for carrier claims.

What Happens if an Item is Unavailable?

We reserve the right to substitute unavailable items with those of equal or greater value to ensure your satisfaction.
