When are your gifts and gift baskets made?

  • Perfect Selection Creative Gifts is an online gift services company. We operate out of a design studio, not a retail storefront. We can make arrangements to deliver the gift to your home, place of business, or schedule a time for pick-up. We individually hand make and design all gifts and gift baskets to order. 

How long will my delivery take?

  • We take pride in our commitment to timely order fulfillment and delivery. Orders for gift baskets placed on weekdays (Monday through Friday) will typically be shipped or delivered within 3 business days following the order placement, with the exception of peak holiday periods. Kindly note that holiday seasons may necessitate additional processing and delivery time.
  • Should you have specific date preferences for shipping, we encourage you to reach out to us by calling/texting us. However, please note that same-day delivery or shipment services are not available. Delivery subject to (area) Zip Code and Holiday and where gift is being shipped to. Remember to have your phone number, email and recipients correct phone number for your order in case your recipient cannot be reached. Please have correct address, house number, room numbers if applicable. Returned gifts will incur restocking charge.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery and shipment of custom and large orders of 10 gift baskets or more. Call us to discuss your custom order basket.

Where do you deliver to? 

  • We deliver to the following areas for a delivery fee. When checking out the fee will be based on zip code and distance:
  • Huntersville
  • Cornelius
  • Mooresville
  • Mount Holly
  • North Charlotte 

Do I have to have my gift delivered by you?

  • No you do not. We can ship your gift, or you may make an appointment to pick your gift up.
  • We can ship your package anywhere in the USA and find you the best rates. Sometimes shipping is less than delivering. Check with us for best possible rates.

What Shipping Courier Do You Use?

  • Our main provider is UPS – we occasionally ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPSShipping charges will be applied automatically based on size and weight of the package, destination, and priority shipment selection.

Do you ship chocolate?

  • Chocolate products in gifts may not be available in hot months (May-September). Chocolate will be replaced with cookies, candies, and other gourmet items.

 Do you ship/deliver to Hospitals & Hotels?

  • If you are sending a gift basket to a hospital or hotel, please be careful to confirm the information before submitting your order.  If “Perfect Selection Creative Gifts” makes a delivery to a hospital, nursing home or hotel and the recipient is no longer employed, visiting or has been released, the purchaser will assume the delivery charge.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

  •  For shipping to multiple addresses we prefer that you contact us via phone or email to arrange shipping or delivery to the different addresses. We rather your gift arrive safely to the correct address.
What are your business hours?
  • Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm ET.
  • Saturday - 9 am - 1 pm ET.
  • Closed on Sunday
  • Closed on Holidays 
  • Orders during the holidays may require extra time prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. 
  • We will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. 
How will my gift(s) be packaged and wrapped?
  • Your chosen gift will be wrapped in cello with an added note card and beautiful handmade bow of your color choice.

     

Can I add a personalized note?

  • Yes! In checkout, under “notes,” you can add a personalized note to your gift.
Can I add a personal item to include in my gift?
  • We love adding personal touches to all the gifts we create, and go to great lengths to find meaningful items for you to include. We do personal shopping for items that we do not carry and that you request.  A charge for the cost of the personal item plus an additional 20% will be added to your bill. You also have an option to ship or drop off any personal items you would like included in your gift however we are not responsible for broken or damaged items.  

Do you provide gifting services tailored for business professionals and industry experts?

  • Allow us to provide your client with appreciation gifts or event planning; we offer a diverse range of gifting solutions suitable for all business sectors and industries.

 Can you incorporate our branding logos into your designs?

  • We certainly, can incorporate your logo onto hang tags and imprinted ribbons. Additionally, our custom packaging can be tailored to feature your logo colors, adding an extra layer of personalization to the gifting experience. You may also add items such as, wine openers, mugs, pens, ornaments etc. Just reach out to us so we can plan your perfect gift!

What is your minimum amount to deliver a package locally? 

  • We do not deliver packages locally less than a $50.00 value.

 How are fees calculated for local and nationwide deliveries?

  • Delivery fees for local delivery and shipping nationwide will be based on zip code while entering to and from addresses at time of finalizing your order.

 What if my gift is damaged?

  • Items damaged in shipping will be replaced with an identical item if we are contacted with photos of damaged product with 2 business days. Please keep all damaged shipping containers, as the carrier will require such to process a damage claim. Please provide us with your order number or if you are the recipient of a gift that needs to be returned, please provide us with the name of the purchaser of your gift along with any item numbers or identification of the product you received. We realize you have a choice when you shop and we want your shopping experience to be a rewarding one. We promise to do whatever we can to accomplish that goal.

Where are you located?

  • We are in the Huntersville, Charlotte, NC area.

 What if something isn't available?

  • We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value to please you and your recipient. We always aim to please.

**Allergies: What if my recipient has allergies to some food?
  • We understand that there are people with allergies but, Perfect Selection Creative Gifts is not responsible for foodborne allergies. We will gladly advise you on an alternative gift for your recipient. We carry a variety of gift items which may not all be pictured on our site.
