Order Processing and Delivery

Orders will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days, though holiday seasons may extend this timeframe, particularly around major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, and others. A minimum order of $30.00, plus delivery charges, applies. We observe the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Local delivery fees are based on the recipient's zip code, with additional charges for deliveries to hospitals, funeral homes, colleges, and universities. For areas outside our local delivery range, items will be shipped via USPS or another suitable carrier.

Payment Information

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be required to create your perfect gift based on item availability. Care is taken to maintain the gift’s quality, and an item of equal or greater value will be substituted when necessary, particularly during peak demand times. In warmer months, chocolate may be swapped for other candies.

Customer-Provided Items Clause

Any items provided by customers for inclusion in gift baskets may incur additional handling and packaging fees. These fees vary based on size, quantity, and complexity of the items. You will be informed of any extra charges before your order is completed.

We value your privacy and will never sell or distribute your personal information. To complete your transaction, we require your contact details, including your name, email address, and phone number, along with the recipient's information.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please call or email us within 2 days of receipt. Refunds will be determined after review. Returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging (for partial or full refund). Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.

Custom-made tumblers are final sale and not eligible for return due customizations. If an item is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Cancellations will incur a 50% restocking fee, excluding shipping charges. Food items cannot be returned.

We provide insurance for all items shipped. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days, and retain the original packaging for claims.

Corporate Gifting Policy

If you are purchasing a gift for a corporate recipient, please ensure compliance with their company’s gifting policy. Gifts returned due to policy violations will incur a 50% restocking fee and a 50% refund for the purchaser. Shipping, delivery and sales taxes are non-refundable.
