Orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 days (depending on our existing orders). Orders during the holidays may require extra time prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Minimum per delivery order $30.00 plus delivery charge.
We will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. We hand deliver to the Charlotte area. Local delivery charges will be added to your order. The local delivery fee will be based upon the recipient’s zip code. Delivery to all area hospitals, funeral homes, colleges, and universities will be charged accordingly. If you are outside of our delivery area your item will be shipped via USPS or suitable carrier.

For All Checkouts, Please make sure:

  • Complete Shipping Address if different then (Recipients Address) Please have accurate room numbers if necessary. 
  • Your phone number, and recipients to allow us to inform them of package delivery.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your perfect gift due to the availability of certain items. Care is taken to maintain the quality of the gift and an item of equal or greater value will be substituted. Additionally, the substitution of a certain item may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Chocolate may be substituted in the summer months for other delicious candy.

We value our customers’ privacy and will never sell or otherwise distribute our customer lists or other private information. If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address, and number to complete your transaction. We need your recipient's name, address and correct house, room number to complete order.  

When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users. We use this information to determine our users demographics and interests, so that we can better understand and serve our users. We do not sell or share any information.

Cookies are small files which store certain information about your activity on the website and are stored on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information. We use cookies to let us know that you are a prior customer, so that you don't have to re-enter information you gave us on your prior visits. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but most allow you to instruct your browser to prevent the use of cookies. However, if you disable cookies, you will not be able to use certain features of this website.
Return Policy     
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Although individual situations and circumstances will vary, our general policy regarding returns, exchanges and refunds is as follows. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and/or concerns regarding our policy.
If an item is unsatisfactory, please send us a detailed email within 3 days of receipt of your order. Please do not discard any of the packing or shipping materials. Refunds, either full or partial, will be determined upon review.

* Please note returned items must be in original packaging unopened, packaging and products intact. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility.

* All sales are final on custom made tumblers. We are not responsible for customer negligence resulting from the misuse of these products.

If an item is returned to us unopened because it was refused or undeliverable you are responsible for Shipping. If you wish to cancel the order we will give you a 50% credit, excluding the shipping charges to cover our restocking costs.

* Please note that food items are not resold, therefore we must take a loss on these products if returned.
Most often our delivery providers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) will leave packages at their own discretion (front porch, back door, neighbor, etc.) if they feel it is a secure location. Tracking information is provided on packages as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery. 

Insurance is provided on all of our items. Photographic evidence is required to justify your claim. If a product arrives broken or damaged during shipment, call us within 3 days and we will arrange shipping for you to exchange the item at no charge to you. *** Please keep the original box and packaging so a claim can be filed with the delivery carrier. 


We guarantee the satisfaction of both quality and service. We do, however, reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value as needed.

Gifting Policy for Corporate Recipients

As the purchaser of a gift for a corporate recipient, it is your responsibility to know, understand, and comply with the recipients company policy. Any gift returned as a result of a violation of a corporate gifting policy will result in a restocking fee of 50% of the basket cost and 50% purchaser refund. Shipping and Sales Taxes will be consumed.
