Shipping Policies

Shipping Method
We ship primarily via UPS Ground. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time
Orders may take up to 3 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During major holidays, additional processing time may be required.

Local Delivery (North Charlotte, NC Area)
We offer local delivery based on the recipient’s zip code. Most local deliveries are completed within 2–3 business days. Please include the recipient’s phone number and any delivery details (gate codes, room numbers, etc.). After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, delivery will be rescheduled at our convenience.

Saturday Local Delivery
Available on select orders for an additional fee. Requests must be placed by phone no later than Thursday at 12 PM.

Warm Weather Notice
We do not ship chocolates May–September due to heat.

Alcohol Policy
We do not ship alcoholic beverages.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for redelivery or address corrections.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may incur customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
