Shipping Policies 

Our primary shipping method is UPS ground. Rates are automatically calculated in the checkout process. All shipping rates are calculated by UPS tables. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for UPS ground delivery. Deliveries can not be made to P.O. boxes. Orders during the holidays may require extra time prior to major holidays.

We deliver locally to the North Charlotte NC, area. Local delivery charges will be added to your order. The local delivery fee will be based upon the recipient’s zip code. 

Delivery to all area hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, colleges, and universities will be charged accordingly. If you are outside of our delivery area your item will be shipped via UPS or suitable carrier. Please be sure to leave recipient phone number, floor number, room number suite or any pertinent information for delivery. 

Delivery Guarantee: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.

Shipping & Processing are based on source and destination of postal codes during checkout. We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. We recommend shipping to a street address, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Standard shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address, and are intended to cover the costs incurred to process, prepare, and transport your order and to cover related customer service. Standard shipping and processing delivers within 3 -7 business days to most ZIP codes unless a future delivery date has been requested.

Orders placed on Fridays & Weekends will not be processed until Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will not ship until next business day. Your order will ship after it is processed, which can be up to 3 days from the time you order, depending on when (what time of day) the order was placed, and our existing obligations.

Because of the summer heat, we are not able to ship chocolates starting in May. We will resume shipping chocolates in October

Local deliveries are delivered within 2 - 3 days (depending on our existing orders). We will reach out to customers to notify them of our delivery and specific time (please be sure to include their phone number) however after three unsuccessful attempts to schedule delivery your delivery will be scheduled at our earliest convenience. 

 Local Saturday delivery is available on certain orders for an additional fee. Saturday delivery requests must be placed by phone and submitted by Thursday, 12:00 (noon).

Orders shipped to Canada or outside the US may incur Custom Fees.
